i think this is good news and i agree with Xtrm L1481L1TY and NJ1307RSX. the ps3 is doing quiet well for all the new technology put into it.
either way sony is getting money, because as Xtrm L1481L1TY said shipments are considered sales.
but i can belive the wii sold 4 MILLION! i mean thats amazing, it has to be the fastest selling console ever!!!

microsoft said that ps3 wont achieve 1080p and hdmi and 1080p is not neccesory, then they release the exact thing, i mean WTF whats next a blu ray add on? and now after one year they MIGHT release a bigger hard drive? talk about choice...

-dvds( they own 1 tenth)
-dv tapes
-memory stick
-and maybe blu ray
between this one and the premium? just a hdmi and a 120gb hard drive? and how much will it cost?

i liked the psp commercial the most, because it looked the most realistic and it looked so professional, i really dont know how the hell he did it.
this game and gow and lost planet are the only reasons i want a 360 oh yea and x-box live.

i really don't understand why so many people think the ps3 will fail because of a bad start, the ps2 and ps1 didn't start too well and they still dominated. ps1 had 705,000 units sold in its fist year, in it second year it sold 2,325,000 units and in its third year it sold 6,165,500. so the ps1 started really slow then it sold alot.
but the ps2 sold 7,279,000 in its first year, 9,897,500 in its second year and 9,221,500 in its third year.
the ps3 sold 1.31m in it...
this game looks really good and the physics and the A.I are great, but the guy playing the game cant drive properly.
well its crap! i live in london and i know that no one would want a ps3 for this dum commercial, why dont they just use the other one, u know the one that shows off the space and blu ray and also the one when the ps3 is in the room.
